The dinner panel was a very emotional experience for me. Trying to come up with solutions that fix the problem of homelessness made me think back when I was younger and didn't have a home. Every day my mom would take us to school at six in the morning; my sisters and I would stay in a after school program until six in the evening. Due to this after school program my mom was able to get us out of that hole and get us a place we called home. I felt that at the end of this discussion we all knew that this problem was to broad. But we thought that if we could help those people who really want to improve their lives, maybe we could start there.
