T3 was truly a valuable day; I had an awesome time building my leadership skills. The day started out with a panelist of great leaders from the Long Beach community! They answered questions regarding work ethics, volunteering and balancing life. The afternoon was filled with various interesting workshops, which provide students with leadership development skills. These skills gained, will help me in my roles within the community and my personal life.
